What is your shipping policy?
After placing an order, when will my order ship out?
Once your order has successfully been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship out via USPS. For Apparel, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship out. If your order includes apparel, the entire order will ship out once the apparel is ready. We do not ship out on weekends and holidays. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address.
What happens after I place my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please provide us with a valid email address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
USPS Domestic orders usually take 2-3 or business days for your package to arrive once your order has been shipped. Please be mindful of COVID-19, inclement weather, and holidays which may cause delayed deliveries.

Note: Please be sure that you are providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for products being delivered to the wrong address. However, if you realize you’ve submitted an incorrect address, please email us ASAP at support@delightedcandlesandco.com. No changes can be made once your order has shipped.

Delighted Candles & Company LLC will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered during checkout. This must be investigated through USPS.
If you have reason to believe that we filled your order incorrectly, please email us at support@delightedcandlesandco.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
We DO NOT offer International shipping at this time.
What is your return/Exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a replacement.
